What is Regrets Only?

Regrets only is a type of RSVP request where guests are asked to respond only if they will NOT be attending the event. If an invitation says "Regrets Only," the host assumes that anyone who doesn't respond will be attending. This approach reduces the number of responses hosts need to manage but carries the risk of inaccurate headcounts. Regrets only RSVPs are more common for casual events, open houses, or large gatherings where exact numbers are less critical.
